Order processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping rates & estimated delivery times

UK Standard — £3.99, estimated 3–5 working days
UK Express — £7.99, estimated 1–2 working days
EU Standard — £9.99, estimated 5–10 working days
International Standard — £14.99, estimated 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to postal, courier, customs or other delays outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at caragh@theindigohouse.com and we will look into it for you.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at caragh@theindigohouse.com with your order number and any relevant photographs.

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
